cg77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all use of the cg77 platform. Creating an account or placing a bet confirms your full agreement with every provision below.

Agreement and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and cg77 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They apply to all use of the cg77 website, its games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

Where any specific promotional terms published by cg77 conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms take precedence for that promotion only. In all other respects these Terms prevail. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use cg77.

Important notice: By accessing cg77 in any capacity you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion from cg77 or any other gaming platform.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older. Age verification may be requested at any time.

One Account Only

Each player may hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

BDT Payments

All transactions in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Bonus Wagering

All bonuses carry wagering requirements detailed in each individual promotion.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure at all times.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain a cg77 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. If you are legally prohibited from entering contracts in your jurisdiction you are not eligible to use cg77.
  • You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on cg77 or on any other gaming platform where cg77 is required to honour that exclusion.
  • You must be the legal owner of, or expressly authorised to use, every payment method registered to your cg77 account. Deposits from third-party payment instruments are not permitted and will be reversed.

cg77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

When registering a cg77 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply at all times:

  • Each player is permitted one cg77 account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using a different identity, is strictly prohibited and results in all accounts being permanently closed with all associated balances forfeited.
  • You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. cg77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
  • You must notify cg77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials may have been compromised.
  • Account contact details including your registered phone number and email address must be kept current. Outdated contact details may delay account recovery and verification. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
  • cg77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any interest in it to any other person. Any attempt to do so results in immediate account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cg77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

  • The minimum deposit is ৳200. cg77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits and will notify affected players of any changes.
  • Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be owned by the account holder. Third-party deposits will be reversed to the originating payment instrument.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible cg77 will process to another verified payment method registered to the account.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). cg77 may request documentation to verify account holder identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement.
  • Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full on any game or betting market before a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review to deter money laundering. This policy is not intended to prevent legitimate withdrawals.

cg77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems, network outages, or public holidays. Players experiencing delays of more than 24 hours should contact [email protected] with their transaction reference number.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

cg77 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated in each individual promotion:

  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • Bonuses are available to one account per household address and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
  • cg77 may void any bonus and winnings derived from it if there is evidence the bonus was claimed fraudulently, if the player violated any bonus conditions, or if the player was ineligible for the promotion at the time of claiming.
  • Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and such bonus funds may be forfeited.
  • cg77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account remains subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Players with questions about wagering requirements, eligible games, or time limits on any current promotion should contact [email protected] before claiming the bonus. Bonus terms will be confirmed in writing upon request.

5. Responsible Gaming

cg77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following provisions are binding on cg77 and all players:

  • Age enforcement: cg77 applies a strict 21+ policy. Account access will be suspended during an age verification check if cg77 has reasonable grounds to suspect an account is operated by a person under 21. Winnings generated during a suspected underage-play period are liable to be voided.
  • Self-exclusion and deposit limits: Players may at any time request a self-exclusion period or set a deposit limit by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During exclusion the account is suspended and the player is removed from all marketing communications.
  • Problem gambling support: If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, cg77 strongly encourages you to contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss account restrictions, self-exclusion options, and referral to professional support services. All such requests are handled with full confidentiality.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point during use of the platform, including misrepresenting age, identity, or payment method ownership.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets, to circumvent security systems, or to manipulate game outcomes, including tools that exploit technical errors or glitches.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated action designed to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market offered on cg77.
  • Using cg77 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity. cg77 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity and will do so without prior notification to the account holder.
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing login credentials, account access, or any platform content, game data, or betting odds without express written authorisation from cg77.

cg77 maintains records of player activity and reserves the right to conduct retrospective reviews of account history where prohibited conduct is suspected. Evidence discovered during such a review may result in action against the account even if significant time has elapsed since the conduct occurred.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

cg77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in suspension or termination:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements as described in Section 1, or failure to complete verification within a reasonable time after being requested.
  • At the player's own request. A player may close their cg77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
  • At cg77's discretion where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law, where cg77 receives a binding legal order to close the account, or where cg77 determines the player presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on cg77 including website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and betting market data (collectively "Platform Content") is the property of cg77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform Content solely for the purpose of using cg77 as a player in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or transmit any Platform Content without prior written consent from cg77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. cg77's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes cg77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. These limitations of liability survive the termination of any agreement between you and cg77.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, cg77 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via contact details on file before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of cg77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment you must stop using cg77 and may close your account by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute the player should first contact cg77 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. cg77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 14 days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally either party may pursue such remedies as are available under applicable law.
